USE OF PROCEEDS


Proceeds generated through contributions and Foundation sponsored activities shall be used to support: 

  1. The Foundation’s charitable mission as stated on Home Page. 

  2. Training and development for participating practitioners 

  3. Public outreach and community relations, public affairs and educational activities.  

    a. Lectures about all aspects of mental health and well being, in-service and outreach to communities in need. 

  4. Research and publication of findings.

    a. Video and Audio collection and archiving, assemblage of written research materials. If any publication or distribution of said material generates additional revenue to the foundation then this income shall also be used for the above stated purposes of the Foundation. 

  5. Capital allocation for expenses related to charitable cause.

    a. In this respect proceeds will be utilized to pay expense directly related to said charitable purposes, as well as indirect expenses such as lease/space updates, administrative salaries, office expenses, office supplies.  

  6. No income of the Foundation will be diverted for use in any unrelated activity.  

 
 

100% of every donation goes to fulfill the mission of the Foundation for Positive Psychology.
